Trans-Am Class
CHASSIS: All cars must meet HORA-STL general rules. Refer to main rule sheet.
Stock copper T-Jet chassis and parts only. Small tire class. Press-on plastic wheels. Plastic spacers can be used on front axle. Axle, wheel and tire combination cannot exceed 1” in width measured at outside edges of tires front and rear. Flanged wheels are allowed, outside flanges are not included in width measurements. Car must pass magnet test, and not exceed 1.00 volt on 4 second DYNO test in order to race. In all cases a car’s compliance is the decision of the Technical Inspector or if Technical Inspector is not present, the Race Director.
BODY: All bodies must meet HORA-STL general rules and must be deemed appropriate for the class by the Technical Inspector or Race Director.
The following bodies are approved for HORA Trans-Am class racing. Some of these bodies may not be available in T-Jet scale HO.
Body must cover the tires when viewed from above.
